Tweet   Week 4 of the NFL Training “Evolution” is in mid-stride. Overall improvements in maximal strength, power, endurance and lean muscle mass are continuing to mount as the training evolves daily. Tweet   What a tremendous week of training thus far. The past two days have included strength and conditioning with energy system manipulation, mixed martial arts training, and a restorative/strength/flexibility/cardiovascular enhancing Vinyasa yoga flow class this morning at Equinox.
